May Resin Class

Resin Class and a Glass of wine!

Join Ashley from Resinate Within

I would educate people on what resin is, products used with resin, how to mix it properly, how to color using inks and mica powders, tips and techniques to help achieve beautiful pours and answer questions people may have! I would be providing materials including the resin, mixing supplies, pouring cups, coloring additives, necessary tools (heat gun and a torch) and each person receives their own board to pour on and take home (I will have all boards taped and prepped so they are ready to pour on).

Resin does require drying time, so, after the session concludes the boards have to remain untouched for at least 12 hours. After that I would be able to move the boards, do minor clean up on them (I have to remove tape from backside of boards and very gently sand down the sides for a smooth edge. Finally, I oil the boards with food grade mineral oil and they are completed. Clients would be able to pick up their boards 2-3 days after the class, detailed care instructions will be included as well

Owl Plantar Craft Night

We invite you to join us at The Tangled Vine in Brunswick on March 21st starting at 6pm to make and take your own adorable owl planter complete with a plant inside.

During this creative event you will begin with a ceramic owl planter (there are 4 different types of owl options) in which you will paint using acrylics. We will have plenty of colors to choose from including metallics. Cory will demonstrate techniques for you to follow while painting your owl, but color and details are up to you!

After painting the owls we will protect the paint with a sealant, which will also make our owls shine!

The owl planter fits in the palm of your hand and makes for a cute decoration to accent any shelf, end table, or office desk!

(Dimensions : 3"x3"x4")

The final part will be the planting! 🌿

Cory will have a couple different plant options to take the place of our Owls hair!

Each person will also receive a wood sliced coaster in which you can display your new owl planter on! If you feel like it, you may also paint the coaster to match your owl!

Your ticket includes all materials to paint + plant 1 owl planter and instructions.

There will be wine, coffee, tea, flights, snacks and more to purchase during the event if you wish to!

You will learn how to best keep your new owl planter alive before you leave so that you can place it in the perfect spot and give it the water it needs when it needs it.
